The Minchey Children Foundation (MCF) was started in 1999 by Nathan and Gretchen Minchey. The Foundation provides support for groups involved in helping underprivileged children, single-parent families, families in crisis, as well as faith-based groups such as churches and missionaries. Through special events, MCF raises money for organizations that help kids. All proceeds are divided between local groups, that support our charter to help children in need.

Nathan Minchey played professional baseball from 1987-2004 with the Montreal Expos, the Atlanta Braves, the Boston Red Sox, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Colorado Rockies. His career also included 7 years in Japan with the Hiroshima Carp and the Chiba Lotte Marines.
Nathan and his lovely wife Gretchen have four children and make their home in Austin, Texas.
